Remove the hanging wire, stains, and debris. Construct a partition wall under the staircase extending from the ceiling to the floor, and paint both the wall and the ceiling lily white. On the left side of the new partition wall, add a door. In front of the wall on the left, place a sideboard measuring 160cm long, 50cm wide, and 90cm high. Above the sideboard, mount a white shelf measuring 80cm long and 20cm wide, positioned 60cm above the sideboard.
